Mr. Raynold is a UN veteran having spent nearly 3 decades in the UN system serving in various UN agencies. He was appointed by Secretary General Kofi Anan as the Secretary of his Advisory Committee on Disarmament Affairs and was elected by the UN Secretary-General, Ban, Ki-moon, to serve on the United Nations GlobalCentral Review Board. He has also served as a Member in the Stakeholder Selection Committee of the United Nations General Assembly’s Nelson Mandela Peace Summit.
